Motivation is key

Well I have gotten to wear I drink a bottle of water a day. I have also hit a mile stone. I have lost 5 lbs!! But I haven't been working out my three days a week, i just kind of throw in some strength excersise every now and then. Its not very effective. So I have been thinking about joining a gym. I am getting super bored with the flirty girl dancing and i don't feel like its enough of an excersise. I think i want to get on a machine and sweat my guts out. The only problem is that i don't know anyone that has a membership too. So i would have to go by myself and i don't know if i would be able to motivate myself to go as often as i want. As far as the diet goes i don't think im doing to bad. I have a lean cuisine for lunch and i love them. They are so small that i didn't think i would feel full, but i do. My favorite so far is the pizza. At dinner time i eat regular food just in moderation. I read that stress causes strange eating habits and a tenancy to over eat. My husband and I are applying to buy our first home and it is very stressful, so think i just need to keep that in mind. I have a good friend that is setting small goal for herself and then rewarding herself once they are accomplished. I think that is a fabulous idea. I know that if i hit my long term goal then i am rewarding myself by going shopping for new clothes. I'll have to think of some small rewards form my small goals! Thanks for the idea Carrie!
