Smaller Goals Equal BIG Success
Well im going to keep my long term goals but I need to set some smaller weekly goals or even daily. I think i will start with trying to drink one bottle of water everyday. I am really bad at drinking water. I usually only drink while i am eating at lunch and dinner. Lets start with that goal and see how it goes. I don't have to many ideas of smaller goals so leave me comments about suggestions. I can use them.

i mix crystal light with my water, i think i drink more water if it has flavor. I have some fruit punch and lemonade if you want some!
