So here is my issue. I can commit to monday, wednesday and friday workouts. any other day is just a bonus if i go. Let me tell you why. i get off work at 5 and then i work out until about 6:15ish. I then drive out to raft river to pick up my daughter. i dont usually get back until about 7:00. when i get home i make dinner which takes about an hour. i eat and feed Emily. at about 9:00 i take emily a bath and put her to bed anywhere between 9:30 & 10:00. i then need to clean up the house and take a shower. So i dont go to bed until about 11:00. So my problem is that i never really have any quality time with my hubby and daughter on the days i workout. To me that is very important. Thats why i can only commit too 3 days a week.

I think on the days you can't workout at the gym do a little at home. That way you still have your family time and everything it all good. Luv ya sis
